The CompatXT^TM MQ7250R Series Power Modules are non-isolated dc-dc converters that operate over a wide input voltage range of 4.5Vdc to 14Vdc and provide a precisely (2%) regulated dc output. The output voltage can be set to any value over the range of 0.69V to 5.5V using a single resistor. Such a module is suitable to application with 5V, 8V or 12V power supply bus. The modules have a maximum output current rating of 10A at a typical full-load efficiency over 93%.  The EZ-Tracking^TM function  simplifies the sequencing of supply voltages in power systems by enabling modules to track each other, or any other external voltage, during power up and power down. Standard features include remote on/off with positive logic and output voltage adjustment, over-current protection, over-temperature protection.
