The CompatX^TM MQ7230L Series Power Modules are non-isolated dc-dc converters that operate over a wide input voltage range of 3Vdc to 14Vdc and provide a precisely (2%) regulated dc output with industry standard TH and SMT pin-out. Such a module is suitable to application with 3V, 5V, 8V or 12V power supply bus. The modules have a maximum output current rating of 6A at a typical full-load efficiency over 93%.  The EZ-Tracking^TM function (MQ7230LA) simplifies the sequencing of supply voltages in multi-rail power systems by enabling modules to track each other, or any other external voltage, during power up and power down. Standard features include remote on/off with positive logic and output voltage adjustment, over-current protection, over-temperature protection.
